While most of the turned parts we produce are used in products we assemble in-house, we also produce a large spectrum of ultra-precision turned parts at the highest level of quality.
In order to achieve the greatest possible precision our turning process is followed up with a subsequent rounding and plunge-grinding operation.
Turned parts from the field of measurement and control technology require the highest levels of precision. For these, the material to be machined poses a special challenge, since screw connections, pipe joints, protective tubes and mounts are often made of V4A acid-resistant stainless steel.
Many of these turned parts are also used in visible areas of motorcycle frames. Handlebar weights for example have to fulfill strict requirements in terms of optics and have special coatings. The fasteners used to tighten the rear swinging fork allow tolerances of less than 0.01 mm.
