Exhaust system

Not so long ago AdBlue was something reserved to trucks, but these days it's an integral part of exhaust gas cleaning for nearly all diesel engines certified to the Euro 6 exhaust standard. Our jet nozzles spray the mixture of urea and distilled water into the exhaust path in the catalytic converter, releasing ammonia, which breaks down the nitrogen oxide in exhaust gases into nitrogen and water vapor, thus reducing pollution by nitrogen oxides significantly.

Electric vehicle

The emergence of new drive technologies poses challenges that we are happy to face, since we have always been as much an engineering partner as a parts supplier to our customers. Our innovative and highly-qualified engineering department combined with the vertical integration of our production, our in-house machinery design, and level of automation allow us to respond quickly to new requirements and to develop solutions to challenges both inside and outside of the automotive industry.

For example, our oil spray nozzles can also be used for oil cooling of electric motors. Our solenoids are used in dynamic chassis, regardless of the drive. Complex assemblies from our company are also installed in the electronic steering and transmission of electric vehicles.

Chassis

Chassis

The chassis is one of the most complex systems in the vehicle - which makes an important contribution to increasing driving safety and comfort, especially with regard to driving assistance systems and autonomous driving.
Our electromagnetic valves allow stepless adjustment of the chassis. Depending on the type of vehicle, this results in various advantages. For SUV's and off-road vehicles, comfort when entering and exiting the vehicle is increased, while overcoming inclines and obstacles remains possible without restriction. In sporty models, aerodynamics can be improved when driving freely, thus saving CO². Other possible applications include adjusting the vehicle height for loading or for inductive charging of e-vehicles.

Transmission

Our parking locks are used in both electric vehicles and in automatic transmissions to prevent vehicles from rolling away while parked. Since mechanical handbrakes have been fully replaced with the electric variety, it has become necessary to provide additional mechanical security to parking locks, as electric handbrakes could potentially fail without electricity or in case of defect.

Motorcycle bodywork

Bodywork

Handlebar end weights and other turned parts in the visible area of the motorcycle body require the highest precision during turning and grinding, as well as special handling during washing, vibratory grinding, packaging & transport. Here, the highest demands are placed on the visual appearance. In addition, there are milled parts which are used in motor vehicles to reinforce the bodywork.

Fuel

From our original base in the area of piston cooling we have developed a wide selection of valves for other applications such as steering, engine, and transmission. Our valves are also used for fuel systems and in the filter module. The filter module is of critical importance to the safe operation of any engine, since it filters dirt and water out of the fuel which would otherwise lead to corrosion and fouling of the fuel injection system as well as ultimately the failure of individual components or of the entire engine.

Cooling system

Our turned & milled parts are also used in liquid cooling. For example as connecting elements between the cooling lines. Liquid or water cooling is used in almost all combustion engines for engine cooling in order to dissipate the heat generated to the outside. In addition to internal combustion engines, however, water cooling can also be used for electronic components in hybrid vehicles.

Steering

From our original base in the area of piston cooling we have developed a wide range of hydraulic valves, many of which are used in hydraulic power steering systems. As electronic power steering has become the predominant technology, we have continued to develop our product portfolio to support the frictionless transfer of force from the electric motor to the steering apparatus.

The advantage of electric power steering is the precise application of force, reducing fuel consumption and CO2 output. Electric power steering also allows the integration of driver assistance systems, thus paving the way for the development of fully-autonomous driving. By virtue of its independence from the drive train it is also a key technology for electric vehicles.

Measurement

Messurement technology

Machined fittings and connectors made of acid resistant stainless steel V4A are used in measuring instruments and controllers for pressure, flow rates and temperature and require highest precision.

Engine

Our oil jet nozzles for piston cooling are used in engines built by all major car and truck manufacturers as well as in those built for motorcycles, agricultural and construction machinery, stationary installations and ships. Starting from this base, the production of oil jet nozzles for piston cooling, we have gone on to develop a broad range of hydraulic valves, many of which are installed in engines. In addition, we produce electromagnetic valves for the control of oil jet nozzles and variable oil pumps. By reducing unnecessary engine load, we contribute to making engines more efficient and to reducing the output of CO2.
