We plan the optimal production process for your product. We are also happy to be your partner in the development of your product.
Our experienced project leaders develop solutions and prepare samples and prototypes using various CAD and simulation systems including PTC Creo, Catia V5 and Siemens NX, as well as Ansys in the areas of FEM and CFD.
From automatic feeding to assembly, bending and quality-control processes, integrated laser welding and laser engraving, and on to removal and packaging. We have automated pretty much every process over the years, integrating industrial robots even with third-party equipment such as presses or brazing furnaces to achieve highest-quality and efficient, high-volume production processes.
