2018

  • Certification "Quality Management at Automotive Suppliers" according to IATF 16949.
  • 70th company anniversary at the Fulda site.
  • Award as "Hesse Champion" in the "Job Motor" Category.
  • Extension of Technical Development.

2016

  • The new "Hall North I" creates 3,000m² of space for the expansion of the multi-spindle turning shop.

2015

  • Awarded the "Global Supplier Award" by Bosch.

2014

  • The purchase of a neighboring site secures the further development of the company.

2013

  • Certification "Energy Management" according to ISO 50001.

2011

  • The construction of "Hall 5" leads to a company expansion in the south by 2,000 m².

  • The purchase of an adjacent site secures the further development of the company.

  • Q1 Award by the Ford Group.

  • With the new "Hall West", a state-of-the-art turning shop is being built.

  • Wagner withdraws from the bicycle parts industry.

  • The purchase of an adjacent site secures the further development of the company.

  • Dr. Stephan Wagner takes over the company’s management after the death of Joachim Wagner.

  • Extension for warehouse and tool shop.

  • The company starts producing parts for the German automotive industry.

  • Joachim Wagner takes over the company’s management.

  • Ludwig and Joachim Wagner reestablish Wagner & Co. in Fulda.

  • Expropriation by the Soviet Union.

  • Ludwig Wagner continues to run the company alone after the death of Richard Luck.

  • End of gun production. 
  • Richard Luck and his son-in-law Ludwig Wagner start with the production of bicycle parts. The company is now called “Luck & Wagner”

  • Foundation of the company "Gebrüder Luck" in Suhl for the production of hunting weapons.
